First-year UNC-Chapel Hill student Tai Huynh, a Morehead-Cain scholar and licensed real estate agent, takes us on a special tour — realtor-style — of his new dorm room at Koury Residence Hall. Huynh is a first generation college student who will double major in Business and Political Science and minor in Philosophy.
