The studio, a partnership between Arts Everywhere, UNC Housing and the art and art history department, is designed to bring the arts out of museums and into students’ daily lives.
The first Carolina Conversations session of the semester addressed the importance of how people treat one another, provide for each other’s well-being and facilitate personal success.
In addition to utilizing the football team’s 18-wheel equipment truck to deliver donations to impacted communities, student-athletes will be collecting monetary donations at the Kenan Stadium gates before Saturday's football game against Pittsburgh.
The celebration will feature artist meet and greets, dinners, open houses and receptions hosted by various campus groups.
