Nearly 60 incoming first-year students at UNC-Chapel Hill chose to participate in a service-learning program this summer to support local nonprofit organizations.
The regular test will be conducted between noon and 12:30 p.m. The sirens will sound an alert tone along with a brief pre-recorded voice message. When testing is complete, a different siren tone and voice message will signal all clear.
The forums are designed to provide an opportunity for students, faculty, staff, alumni and community members to share ideas about the qualities the University’s next chancellor should have with the search committee.
